Christmas Wish List

Christmas Wish List

So Christmas is only 24 days away and I am so excited! I made a Christmas wish list but obviously, this is my dream wish list cause I can't afford anything there. (I wish I was made of money.. really) Out of everything on my list my favorite are the Jeffrey Campbell Chaplin Spiked Leather Boots! I've been trying to look for affordable and good quality ankle boots for a while but haven't been able to find a pair yet. I love studs/spikes so it makes these boots even more desirable for me! My next favorite item is the Givenchy studded medium Antigona. I mostly own shoulder bags, totes or messengers in my wardrobe and I have yet to find a handbag as beautiful as this Givenchy bag. I love the brown leather and the studs! And the fact that it's a two-way bag is even better! The bag has such a simple design but that's why I love it!  Obviously, I won't be getting any of this stuff from my wish list for Christmas, but I thought it'd be fun to show you guys some designer brand items that I love! What's on your Christmas wish list?

Black Friday Haul

1. Sunglasses ($3.99), Gold Cuff & Gold Choker ($5.80) From F21 2. Suede/Faux Leather Tote ($15) & Set of Silver Cuffs ($7.95) From H&M 3. Real Techniques Brush Starter Set ($17.99), Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Matte Smoked Peach and Mauve It Over ($6.99), Lorac Unzipped Palette ($40), and Maybelline Volum' Express The Falsies Mascara ($6.99) From ULTA 4. Stila Merry & Bright Collectible holiday Palette ($10) 5. Gold Peter Pan Collar Necklace ($16) & Small Stone Bangle ($16) From Francesca's Collections
At first, I told myself that I wasn't going to participate in Black Friday. But after going to a Starbucks and Panera run, me and my friend Isa had nothing to do so we went to the mall. Surprisingly, a lot of stores were still stocked so I was able to find some good stuff! I didn't buy a single piece of clothing because I felt like the sales weren't that great. I did see that H&M were selling $5 sweaters but by the time I went, there were only $10 sweaters left and they weren't that great. Other than buying my brother a pair of dress pants from Express for Christmas, I had a major shopping splurge for myself. In total, I bought myself 5 pieces of jewelry which I absolutely love! I always give in when I see collar necklaces and the Peter Pan Collar Necklace was something I couldn't pass! Even though it was $16, Francesca's Collection was having a BOGO 50% off sale so I got both the necklace and stone bangle for about $24. Before Black Friday, my jewelry collection didn't really consist of much but now I am proud to say that my collection's growing! I can't wait to wear my new jewelry with different outfits! I also bought a suede/faux leather tote at H&M, which I started using today for school. Before I bought this, I used my Zipper Bucket Bag from Zara. But now I can use this bag when I go out instead! Overall, I splurged the most at ULTA. Ever since mid-November, I've been getting more interested in makeup; partially because my friends Isa and Jenn are so obsessed with everything make up related. I don't really wear make up everyday, but when I dress up and wear a nice outfit, I like to put some eyeshadow and lipstick on. I ended up buying a $40 Lorac Palette which sadly, I am going to return because I might be getting the Naked Palette 2 instead. But I'm really happy with the two Revlon Matte lipsticks I got because I've read good reviews about them and have been wanting them forever! Now, all I have to do is wear/use all the stuff that I bought! For the next few months, you'll probably be seeing me wear the things that I bought with different outfits so stay posted!

Thanksgiving

1. F21 White Tank Top 2. H&M Sheer Button Down Tank Top In Creme Color 3. Hollister Jeans
4. H&M Black Sweater With Leather Elbow Pads 5. Zara Cheetah Print Flats 6. F21 Pearl Necklace

I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving, cause I did! I celebrated with my family at my cousin's house in New York and there was so much good food! I was so bloated by the time dessert came. But anyway, I wore indigo jeans from Hollister with a sheer H&M button down tank top. I'm not a big fan of sheer stuff mainly because I don't really like wearing tank tops or a bandeau under it. But I bought the shirt for about $18 and I feel like it goes with almost anything. I wore a chunky oversized black sweater from H&M. This is probably my favorite sweater in my closet hands down because it's so warm, comfy and easy to dress! The leather elbow patches and brown buttons also make the sweater more unique! For my accessories I wore a pearl collar/choker necklace that I got from F21. This is probably the perfect accessory in my jewelry collection for collared shirts! It's so simple yet it makes your outfit so much better.

So today was Black Friday and I spent a total of $204 (This is what shopping does to me..)! I bought makeup, jewelry and other good stuff that I'll be sharing with you all soon!

Maxi

1. Black/Beige Striped High-Low T-shirt From H&M 2. Vintage Guess Denim Jacket 3. Ralph Lauren Black Maxi Skirt 4. Zara Cheetah Print Flats 5. Jewelery from F21 6. Sunglasses from Urban Outfitters

Today was about 56 degrees and it was such a beautiful and sunny day out. So I decided to wear my black maxi skirt, and trust me, maxi skirts or dresses aren't only worn in the summer, you can also pair it with a jacket for fall! This is my favorite and probably best quality maxi skirt that I own. Other than the fact that it's from Ralph Lauren, I also got it on sale, which is amazing! I wore a striped black/beige high-low tshirt with my studded denim jacket over it. Then for my shoes, I wore cheetah print flats. I've worn these flats so much this season (you can probably tell from the picture) but cheetah printed shoes are an essential in my closet for the fall season! You can wear them with skirts, jeans or dresses and it'd give your outfit that little spark.

So tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and I hope you all have an amazing time! Be thankful for everything that you have and cherish the people in your life! I'll probably be posting about my Thanksgiving later this weekend, so stay posted!

Denim

1. Vintage Guess Denim Jacket With Studs 2. F21 White Laced Button Down Tank Top
3. Black Leggings 4. Vince Camuto Combat Boots

This was one of my outfits from last week. This is the only picture I had since I didn't have time to grab my camera. Last week was the first full week of school after hurricane sandy and it was terrible. But I managed to dress up on one of the days! Since it's fall, I love wearing blazers or light jackets so this denim jacket was perfect for the chilly weather. You can't really see it in the picture but there are studs along the seams of the shoulder, which I did myself (I'm obviously proud!). And to go for a more casual look, I paired it with black leggings, a white button down tank top with lace and combat boots. I'll post another photo later on in the week of the outfit I wore so stay posted!
